- One
large animal per 2 acre tract and above (no swine)

primary single family residence and related improvements
per tract
- 2,500
sq. ft. minimum living area with minimum two car garage
- All
plans and specifications must be approved by Restrictions
Control Committee
- Building
setbacks will be a minimum of 100' from the front and rear
property lines, a minimum of 50' from the side property
lines of each lot, except if the side property line of a
lot is adjacent to a roadway, then the setback shall be
100'.
- Owners
must maintain their property in a neat and attractive condition
- All
dwellings shall be constructed of stone, masonry, brick,
or other approved material, for al least 75% of the outside
walls
- This
development is governed by a Homeowner's Association that
may add rules in addition to the Deed Restrictions filed
of record.
